INGREDIENTS

  • 2 packets PnP Napolitana sauce, (200g each)
  • 500 grams PnP frikkadel mix
  • 12 cocktail burger rolls
  • 1 handful parmesan, grated
  • 1 handful PnP basil, for serving

METHOD

  • Heat the Napolitana sauce in a saucepan.
  • Roll the frikkadel mix into small meatballs and drop into sauce.
  • Simmer gently until cooked through.
  • Place 2 to 3 meatballs on each roll and sprinkle with parmesan.
  • Add a few basil leaves and serve.
