INGREDIENTS

  • 2 packets lemon jelly, 80g
  • 375 ml hot water
  • 2 cup PnP lemon meringue yoghurt
  • 1 punnet fresh berries, for serving

METHOD

  • Mix jelly in hot water and stir until completely dissolved.
  • Stir yoghurt through jelly, pour into moulds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  • Serve with fresh berries or fruit.
